South Tyroleans do it differently. Frühschoppen, the Southern German art of getting beer tipsy at 11am, is more than just a brunch with heaps of booze –it’s a (woozy) state of mind! Doll up in your most plunging Dirndl or your tightest Lederhosen, ease your humming, hung over head from the night before with yet another Schoppen of beer or spritz and feast on white sausages and soft pretzels with sweet mustard. Folk up with the Zieltoler Böhmischen.
